JEONBUK HYUNDAI MOTORS F.C. CO., LTD. (hereinafter ‘the company’) collects and uses your personal information as follows:

1. Purpose of collecting and using personal information
  - Homepage membership management and service provision: confirmation of membership subscription intention, member identification for service provision under membership system, membership retention and management, provision of services under the terms of use such as contents, prevention of fraudulent use of services, announcement and notification.
  - Handling complaints and responding to disputes: identification of complainants, confirmation of complaints, contact and notice for fact-finding, notification of the results of handling, and response in the event of a dispute

2. Items of personal information collected
  - (Required) Member name, ID, password, contact information, mobile phone number, e-mail, date of birth, DI(Duplication Information)

3. Retention and use period of personal information
  - Until withdrawal from the homepage membership (however, if it is required to retain personal information under relevant statutes such as the Commercial Act or the purpose of personal information processing is not achieved due to complaint handling and dispute response, etc., it will be retained and used until the processing purpose is achieved).

4. Right to refuse consent and disadvantages when refusing consent

Terms of service

Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these terms and conditions is to prescribe matters concerning the conditions and procedures of use of the Internet homepage service provided by JEONBUK HYUNDAI MOTORS F.C. CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "the company") under the Framework Act on Telecommunications and the Enforcement Decree of the same Act (hereinafter referred to as "service"), and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the company and users.

Article 2 (Effectiveness and Revision of Terms and Conditions)
These terms and conditions shall take effect by notifying users through the homepage or by e-mail or other means after the disclosure procedure is completed pursuant to Article 31 of the Telecommunications Business Act and Article 21-2 of the Enforcement Rules of the same Act.
The company may revise these terms and conditions without prior notice, and the revised terms and conditions shall be announced by the method prescribed in Article 9. If the member disagrees with the revised terms and conditions, he/she may cancel his/her membership registration (withdrawal of the membership), and if he/she continues to use it, he/she shall be deemed to agree to the revision of the terms and conditions. The revised terms and conditions shall take effect at the same time as the announcement.

Article 3 (Other Rules)
Matters not specified in these terms and conditions shall be governed by the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, and other related statutes.

Article 4 (Definition of Terms)
The terms used in these terms and conditions are defined as follows.
Member: A person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the service, who is continuously provided with information of the service and can use it.
User: Members and non-members who receive services provided by the company pursuant to these terms and conditions.
ID: A combination of letters and numbers selected by a member and approved by the company for the identification of the member and the member's use of the service.
Password: A combination of letters and numbers selected by a member to protect his or her confidentiality in communication.
E-mail: Mail via the Internet.
Termination: Expression of intention for the company or a member to terminate the contract after using the service.
Homepage: A virtual service space that the company has set up for users to access and use by using information and communication facilities such as computers to provide services to users.

Article 5 (Provision and Change of Services)
The services provided by the company are as follows:
1) Promotional contents of the company
2) Information on products sold by the company
3) Other information provided by the company
4) Customer Service
5) Membership service
If necessary, the company can add or change the contents of the service.

Article 6 (Suspension of Services)
The company may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of maintenance inspection/replacement and failure of information and communication facilities, such as computers, and disruption of communication, etc.
In case of service suspension in the above paragraph, users shall be notified by the method specified in Article 9.
The company shall not compensate users or third parties for damages caused by temporary suspension of the provision of services due to the reasons referred to in the first paragraph above. However, this shall not apply if the company has intentional or gross negligence.

Article 7 (Membership Subscription)
Users apply for membership by stating that they agree to these terms and conditions after filling out the membership information according to the subscription form specified by the company.
The company shall register a user applying for membership pursuant to the above paragraph (1) as a member unless he or she falls under any of the following:
1) Where the name is not a real name
2) Where there are false, missing entries, or errors in the registration details
3) Where an application is made using the name of another person
4) Where an applicant has previously lost his or her membership under Article 8 (3) of these terms and conditions (However, this shall not apply where 3 years have passed since he or she lost his or her membership under Article 8 (3) and has obtained approval to rejoin the membership from the company).
5) Children under 14 years of age
6) In other cases that members fail to meet the requirements for application for use specified by the company.

The membership contract shall be established at the time when the company's acceptance reaches the user.
If there is a change in the registration details under Article 10 (1), the member shall directly modify and register the change through the member information change section.

Article 8 (Withdrawal of Membership and Loss of Qualification, etc.)
Members may request the withdrawal of membership from the homepage at any time, and the homepage will immediately respond.
If a member falls under any of the following reasons, the company may restrict and suspend his or her membership:
1) In the case of registering false information at the time of application for membership
2) In the case of threatening the service operation order, such as obstructing other people's use of the service or stealing information
3) In the case of conducting acts prohibited by statutes and these terms and conditions or against the public order by using the service
4) In the case of failing to comply with the members' obligations specified in Article 13
After the company restricts/suspends membership, the company may terminate membership if the same act is repeated more than twice or the reason is not corrected within 30 days.
If the company terminates membership, it notifies the member and processes withdrawal. In this case, the company notifies the member and gives an opportunity to explain before withdrawal.

Article 9 (Notification to Users)
When the company notifies users, it may do via e-mail address submitted by users to the service.
In the case of notification of a large number of unspecified users, the company may substitute individual notifications by posting it on the service bulletin board for more than 1 week.

Article 10 (Personal Information Protection)
Matters concerning the protection of personal information of members and users shall be governed by the personal information processing policy disclosed on the company's official homepage.

Article 11 (Company's Obligations)
The company shall make every effort to provide the service continuously and stably as prescribed in these terms and conditions.
The company shall maintain/repair the facilities related to the service in an operational status at all times and shall do its best to repair/restore them without delay in the event of a failure.
The company shall have a security system for the protection of users' personal information so that users can safely use the service.
The company does not send advertising e-mails for profit-making purposes that users do not want.

Article 12 (Members’ Duty to ID and Password)
Members are responsible for the management of IDs and passwords granted to them, and are also responsible for all results caused by negligence in management and fraudulent use.
If a member recognizes that his/her ID or password has been stolen or used by a third party, he/she shall notify the company immediately and comply with the company's instructions.

Article 13 (Member's Obligations)
Members shall comply with relevant statutes, provisions of these terms and conditions, matters notified by the company, such as information on use and precautions, and shall not conduct other acts that interfere with the company's affairs.
Members shall not perform any profit activities using the service without prior consent from the company.
Members shall not use information obtained by using the service by copying, duplication, modification, translation, publication/broadcasting, or other means without prior consent from the company or provide it to others.
Members shall immediately change their personal information when any changes occur. Members are responsible for all consequences caused by not modifying the member information.
Members shall not engage in any of the following activities in connection with the use of the service, and shall be responsible for any consequences that occur by performing the following activities:
1) Any act of fraudulently using the ID of another member
2) Any act of acquiring the email address of another member and sending spam mail
3) Any act aimed at criminal activities or related to other criminal activities
4) Any act of harming good custom and social order
5) Any act of damaging or insulting the reputation of the company and others
6) Any act of violating the rights of the company and others, such as intellectual property rights
7) Any act of hacking or spreading computer viruses
8) Any act of continuously transmitting certain information such as advertising information against the will of others
9) Any act that interferes or is likely to interfere with the stable operation of the service
10) Any act of changing the contents of services provided by the company
11) Other acts of violating related statutes

Article 14 (Deletion of Posts)
The company may delete any post without prior notice if the post in the service posted or registered by users violates the provisions of Article 13 or is deemed to fall under any of the following:
1) Contents that slander other users or third parties or damage their reputation by slander.
2) Contents that violate the public order or the fine custom
3) Contents that are recognized to be associated with criminal activities
4) Contents that violate third parties’ copyrights or other rights
5) Contents that interfere or are likely to interfere with the stable operation of the service
6) Contents that criticize the company or spreading false rumors without grounds or verification procedures.
7) Other matters that are deemed to violate relevant statutes

The company may delete any post without prior notice if the post in the service posted or registered by users violates the provisions of Article 13 or links information deemed to fall under each subparagraph above of this Article.

Article 15 (Rights and Obligations to Posts)
All rights and responsibilities for posts, including copyright, shall lie with the user who posted them.

Article 16 (Relationship between the Linking "Homepage" and the Linked "Homepage")
If the upper "homepage" and the lower "home page" are connected via hyperlink (for example, the object of a hyperlink includes letters, pictures and videos), etc., the former is referred to as a linking "homepage" and the latter is referred to as a linked "homepage (website)."
The linking "homepage" shall not be liable for guarantee of transactions of users via goods or services provided independently by the linked "homepage"

Article 17 (Attribution of Copyright and Restriction on Use)
Copyright and other intellectual property rights to works created by the company belong to the company.
Users shall not use information obtained by using the service for profit-making purposes by means of reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting or other means without prior consent from the company or allow it to be used by a third party.

Article 18 (Prohibition on Transfer)
Members shall not transfer or give the right to use the service or other status in the use contract to another person, and shall not provide it as collateral.

Article 19 (Damage Compensation)
The company shall not take any responsibility for any damage to users in connection with the services provided free of charge, except in cases where the damage is caused by the company’s serious negligence.

Article 20 (Exemption / Indemnity)
The company shall not take any responsibility for the contents posted by users on the service such as the accuracy and reliability of information and data, etc., and users shall use the service under their own responsibility and shall take full responsibility for any loss to the data, etc. posted or transmitted using the service or any disadvantages related to the selection of data or other use of the service.
The company shall not take any responsibility for the transaction of goods between users or between users and third parties in violation of the provisions of Article 13, and shall not take any responsibility for the profit expected by users in connection with the use of services.
If a user violates Article 13 or other provisions of these terms and conditions, which leads to the company bearing liability to the user or a third party, and causes damages to the company the user who violates these terms and conditions shall indemnify the company for all damages and exempt the company from such damages.

Article 21 (Dispute Settlement)
The company and users shall make all necessary efforts to resolve disputes arising in connection with the service smoothly.
Notwithstanding the above paragraph, if a lawsuit is filed due to the dispute, the lawsuit shall be governed by the Seoul District Court.
The lawsuit shall be subject to laws of Republic of Korea.

Article 22 (Others)

Supplementary Clause
These terms and conditions come into force on May 1, 2017.
